Pam Parten is a guest blogger for GPB Education. She is a 6th grade gifted math and science teacher at Worth County Middle School in Sylvester, Georgia. A 10 year teacher, Pam also serves as the gifted department chairperson. She received undergraduate degrees at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Albany State University in Middle Grades Education, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Instructional Technology at Kennesaw State University. She and her husband, Rusty, have three children.
