The Mental Health Parity Act is overwhelmingly passed in the house, a passion project for Speaker David Ralston (R- Blue Ridge), Rep. Mary Margaret Oliver (D-Decatur), and Rep. Todd Jones (R-South Forsyth). Ralston also blasted Coke for continuing in Russia before the cola company announced their withdrawal this afternoon.
