After a week of budget committee meetings, GA Lawmakers returned to cover a lot of ground in the House and Senate today. Mayor Andre Dickens was invited to speak before the House and Senate. He addressed the call to make Buckhead an independent city. The non-citizen voting ban measure failed in the Senate. Democrats opposed the amendment, while Republicans argued in support of it.
