The LaGrange football team had missed the playoffs in six of the seven seasons before Matt Napier came along as head coach in 2030. Now the No. 10-ranked Grangers are competing at a level that the players and community expects. 

There is a new No. 1 team in Class 6A in this week’s GPB Football Rankings. Lee County jumped over defending state champion Buford to take over the top spot after the Wolves lost to one of the top-ranked teams in Florida.
