Chef Pano Karatassos has emerged victorious. He valiantly represented Georgia on the Food Network show Beat Bobby Flay, clenching the win with his signature lamb pie.

Karatassos, executive chef at Kyma in Atlanta, has a long tradition of cooking behind him. Like his father, also known locally as Chef Pano, Karatassos has brought those Greek culinary traditions to the South.
